  I was very satisfied with the overall annual maintenance service provided by Santoro. The office contacted me to schedule an appointment and had availability within a reasonable timeframe. My prior provider would charge me but never contact me to set up the appointment and when I would call the availability wouldn't be for several months. Second, Paulo arrived within the two hour window. He was friendly and completed his work quickly and kept the area clean. With many companies, the window passes and I never even receive a call until hours afterwords. Just the courtesy of respecting my time given the sum of money I pay makes for a winning business relationship. I am looking forward to considering Santoro for an upgrade to my system in the future with the understanding you value me as a customer.
